hi all,

I have just got this meter and the smartpix to show a graph on my computer of my readings but cant seem to get it to work, I phoned the careline of accu-check - up but they said it wont work until I get some download, so asked for it and was told sorry I dont work in e mails . send an e mail 😡😡 fed up now.

I did phone them and the fellow was great at helping me this smartpix works on the compass meter but they have a download for avia nano, sent an e mail asking for this. he asked me to press the two buttons at the top of meter and hold it , but I could not do this as have osterarthtis in my hands so power is weak , my wife tryed it but she has Fibromagalyia, got there in the end but :D:D:D

Ah yes, it is quite tricky to get those buttons pressed down properly - I had to try a few times with mine. I guess they didn't take into account the fact that people might not have the power in their fingers to do it, it would be better if it had a switch.

Glad to hear you're now in business! The software can be very useful for keeping track and showing patterns.
