Anyone deal with low blood pressure

Anyone else deal with low blood pressure, especially when standing?
Looking for possible ideas to overcome it, I already drink plenty of water and doctor has lowered some of my tablet dosages.
It’s really getting to me, waiting on my appointment for full bloods etc. Any ideas are greatly appreciated in the meantime

You need to stand up very slowly, so you don't fall down.
I have Addison's disease so tend to have low blood pressure, so take a certain medication for it.

I think it is what they call postural hypotension so as Sue say get up slowly.
