Hi my name is Matt I am a diabetic coeliac. Has anyone have any tips on how to prevent high levels with gluten free food as it has refined flour which makes my BS shoot up! Take it easy everyone.

I have a daughter with type 1 and coeliac. We find prebolusing before meals helps with the post prandial spike. Have you tried pre bolusing when you can? What insulin regimen are you on?
