Wondering if anyone who successfully uses a low carb/keto diet uses keto urine strips and what sort of levels you see?

I have heard of it being done, but not by anyone here I don’t think.

As far as I am aware, the nutritional ketosis that happens when very low carbing is different to the ketosis caused by absolute insulin deficiency (and I dont think it generally carries the risk of DKA, because there is still sufficient insulin circulating)

I have always thought it must be quite tricky to unpick the differences if aiming for ketosis as a T1 though.
