Reading through the forum there is a lot that is of interest but there is also a lot that is not relevant to my condition.

Are there any other type 2 diet controlled on here?

Hi Sandy. I am also diet controlled.
Even if things arent directly relevant there is a lot to be learnt about the condition in general from people with different management & also with T1.
