Hello All,

Any Lacto Vegetarians in here? I mean the those vegetarians who consume diary and not egg.
Just looking for some good recipes and how to make BG in good control being a LactoVeg and also getting all nutrients.

Cheers!!!

There's a quite a few of us veggies on here. I was vegan for around 4 years. I'm not sure about T2 veggies though. I'm not really low carbing myself but there are plenty of low carb veggie recipe sites covering vegan and lacto veggies. I'm sure people will be along with others.

Don’t think you will find any on here. Most like Atkins or low carb which means lots of meat.
I’m veggie but I do eat eggs. Plenty of us don’t feel the need to eat meat on a low carb regime!

Lucky you who can eat eggs as it makes a big difference towards your protein intake and also lots of baking recipes available. Cheers!!!
