What kind of foods do you like @rosie1 ? Could you treat yourself to something Type 2 friendly but posh that you wouldn’t normally buy?

I would go for small meals with foods you like, use a smaller plate so you don't get overwhelmed with too much food on the plate.
Try to have different flavours with a small amount of each rather than a whole portion of just one thing. A bit like a Mezze

You could have a takeaway. Just focus on the meat and veg parts rather than the rice/chips/other carbs.

Good to hear that your panic attacks have subsided @rosie1

Sorry to hear about your anxiety having been bad :(

Have you found things that have helped reduce your anxiety in the past? Either medication, or things like meditation or counselling?

Hope you can find ways to eat, and things that you fancy that suit your diabetes. 🙂
