Because your HbA1C covers your blood glucose over the previous 3 months the result shouldn't be influenced by taking antibiotics, which I assume will be for an infection.
It may affect finger prick tests which represent a moment in time as infection may increase blood glucose in the short term.
As @Leadinglights has said you are fine. Tests for infection and swabs can be affected but again depends on the type of antibiotic and what it is treating. However, at that stage the requestor will usually know about the antibiotic.
