I tried E45 but it was useless. Nice to get it on prescription though! do you have a cause at all for your dermatitis? Because mine is an allergy I redo it all the time so need some hard working stuff to combat that - steroids never made much difference to mine but fingers crossed it clears yours up and you don't get it reoccurring :D

I used to work where oils / and all sorts of dirt where around which is where I think the problem started.

Lately used an oil as a rust prevention treatment, used gloves but could split and get oil on ones hands again. It only used to effect the one hand only, now its mainly covers the left hand (even though I am right handed) and a very small amount on the right hand.

Sounds about like mine Pav - mine is over exposure and is my right hand when I am left handed 🙂 I used to have it on both but the less bad one has been fully healed for a long time - just can't quite get the right hand completely there although it has days close to perfect now and days where it's not good again!:D
