Ahh so its a jelly baby diet for a long life... 🙂
Thanks for the info above. I think that 30g or 50g of nuts every day seems a lot especially as my calorie needs for weight maintenance are just 1450 Cals. So 50g nuts would be quite a large slice of that. Impossible whilst on a weight loss diet (which I am just finishing off)
However, eating some nuts must surely be better than eating none. There seems to be a lot of possible benefits. I have add3d 15g of Cashew nuts to my diet for today.
Yes, its on an Australian web site that I found the specific advice. It sparked my interest.
The perfect diet? Not for longevity but for good health. I have been given a second, second chance. My health was not good at the diabetes diagnosis and I was in pain most of the time. Now, on a much better diet, etc, I have zero pain any of the time, more energy and feel well all the time. Its brilliant. And I didn't have to take any miracle pills or meds to get here.
