Relationship to Diabetes
Type 2
Hi everyone,
I’m new to this forum and it’s good to see such an active group helping each other. I was diagnosed Type 2 just over 2 years ago. It was a real shock and at the time I felt very alone but I was determined to work at it and try and stop the progressive nature of the disease.

To some extent I have been successful and recently started writing a blog about my change in lifestyle and sharing my journey. I’ve been encouraged by the feedback from old friends and new. I’ll certainly be looking in on this forum regularly and if you want to pop over to my blog to see what worked for me I’m at www.fitness4over50.com
