Another newbie but not new to diabetes

Hello

I'm Clare, I'm 24yrs old and have had Type 1 Diabetes for almost 22yrs. By this time tomorrow I will be a pump user 🙂 Which I am very excited about!!

I'm a member of several other diabetes forums as well but a friend (sofaraway) told me to come and check this place out as well 🙂

I look forward to getting to know some of you.

Thanks for the welcomes everyone.

Am now on the pump. Straight onto insulin 🙂 Met with the Roche rep at 10am and by 11:15 I was hooked up to the pump.

I'll be keeping a record of my experience starting the pump on my blog so if anyone is interested in hearing about it in detail feel free to check out my blog .

So far my first day of pumping is going well 🙂
