Merry Christmas every one, especially to those who have been kind enough to take the time and help me out with my issues and questions during the year. I'm starting to get a better grip of it all but still lots of work for next year. meanwhile time to calculate all the treats for the day 🙂
All the very best for 2020 to a wonderful group of people
🙂

Enjoy those treats. Worth the extra insulin.

Wishing everyone a Happy Christmas. Have a great day.

I even got some sugar free sweets that I like .... as well as some chocolate liqueurs and a chocolate orange! Don't tell anyone!

Back to the tv ........

Have a lovely Christmas OG 🙂

Thank you 1oldgal, your message is reciprocated. Good to read of the progress you have made to date, well done. Rome wasn't built in a day so if you keep to your plan then you'll see results. Don't despair if you come unstuck coz there's a knowledgeable forum full of a wealth of experience who are willing to get *you back on track.
Best wishes.
WL
