I'm due to be done by the nice nurse soon... The doctor wants an armful of the red stuff... 😱

So what do you all think it could be? Prize for closest result....:D

Time is ticking away and in a couple of hours I'll have been done by the nice nurse in our surgery.

I haven't made up my mind on a prize yet. I was going to give my Caramac bar away but that's not a good idea.

So what kind of prize should I give away? (Under a tenner please)

Saw the doctors last night and the result was 6.1....😱

The closest was Bernie.

Still good Tez - a slight rise, but I suspect we can all expect little ups and downs, quite possibly the cold weather has meant you've been eating a little more or getting out and about a little bit less. Plus, you've had a lot of stress recently. Hope you are OK about it, I know we all hope for the same or maybe slightly less each time. I'll be finding mine out next week.
 
hi tez ...those are still good numbers lower than mine ....i agree with northe there are lots of factors that can effect the results ..stress included x
ps if bernie doesnt want the caramac have it yourself xxx
