Got jabbed my nurse last week so have to pop in today for my results...

Last one was 5.6, hoping to be round about the same...

Virtual tipple of your choice is the prize :D

I'll give it a shot at 5.3

5.6 last time is brill. My has recently sneaked up to 6.5 from being 5.4 12 months ago ggggggrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

And the winner is.... Lucy123 (everyone else was very close) :D

I am down to 5.4 and nurse is very happy dosent want to see me again for 6 months. I have not to come off the tablets completely but she says she would be happy enough for me to drop to 1 x 500mg and see how that goes...

Anyway I am really pleased now if I can only loose all this weight 😉

PS gonna have a snack pack of 100g grapes as a treat today 😱

Wow well done. I was expecting my result today but it didn't come so fingers x for tomorrow. You must have tried so hard to get results like that, I'm inspired.🙂

I can't believe you can eat grapes - they are my favourite fruit, but send my bs way way to high !!
