350g ground almonds, 165gground golden flax seeds, 2tsp gluten free baking powder, half tsp bicarbonate of soda, half tsp salt. 4 eggs, 245ml coconut milk, 125g dairy free coconut yoghurt. Cook for 45mins at 170C. Makes 900g loaf. Will keep 3 days and can be frozen.
Not tried it but it looks easy to make.
