Hi everyone
Have just phoned for K's results of annual review. First of all DSN said 'all fine' - so I waited for some numbers and she said HbA1c was 59% - that's 'fine' alegedly. 🙄 I had to point out to her that last one in Nov was 55% so its going in the 'wrong' direction - still 'fine' as they like it to be under 60%. So I said 'fine' and left it at that.
P'raps I'm being a bit unfair on DSN - she knows we know what we are doing and she may even have read up on our discussion with Paed. I just expected a bit more than 'fine' - she also said same about thyroid (see my other thread) - it's the response you expect from GP receptionist not a DSN.
Anyway although we are disappointed by Hb... We do know that we have already made changes that will bring it down ( like not going to school since 8th February <insert hysterical laugh>) so we are actually quite
'fine'🙄
