Annual review bloods today!

Off to see the vampire this afternoon, after my great results last time, 47, I am starting to feel nervous. These are the things currently going through my head. “What if it’s higher? “ “ Well I was only on holiday last month”. “ This is worse than waiting to see if your car has passed its MOT”. “ I don’t care”. “ I do care”. “ It’s only a number”. “But what if it’s a big number?” “ They will tell me off if it’s bigger because I begged to go on the DAFNE and it was a waste of time!”.
Is it just me or is everyone the same? Of course it’s far too late to do anything about it now. What will be will be! 😱

All the *what ifs* will make you crazy eggy😱 I reckon we're all the same when it comes to HbA1c results but as you say "What will be will be." Good luck🙂

Me too! And last time, my appointment was to see if all was going well after I'd swapped basals at my instigation, so I felt it would be my fault if it had gone up! Fortunately it hadn't, but I was on tenterhooks.
