Just wanted to sing the praises of animas. My daughter rang them on sunday to say that the rubber over her button(Annimas 2020) was lifting up, and should we just stick it back down. They said they would have it on the system by monday and a new one would be with us on tuesday morning. How good is that. She also talked with my daughter about what to do if the pump stoped working in the mean time. We also sorted out them lending us a spare pump for our holday, which they do free of charge. So all in all we are very impressed.

Excellent new. Animas sure do have a great name in customer service.

Yes, there sending a new machine. Lady on phone said they will replace it, if theres any problems for 4 years. Its very reassuring to have that back up and i love the pump lending for holidays.

I do love Animas. :D I had a problem with the battery cap on mine, and I phoned them at 3:30 on a Friday afternoon, and they couriered a new pump to me by 8:30 the following morning! I was very impressed. 🙂
