Experimenting still. First thing this morning I tested and the result was 5.9. I then had my usual porridge for breakfast with a couple of oat crackets and 2 hours later decided to see what damage the porridge is now doing. The result was 8.2. Not too sure what that means, but the porridge stays! 🙄Always have a spike with porridge but this is the lowest spike since October 9.6😱.God bless the food diary-and mine of information.😉
