Yesterday I tried to tough it out as I went hypo and regretted it.

My supermarket was late coming into lunchtime. As I was unpacking I was starting to feel hypo (4.1) but though I could still prepare lunch (mini quiche and salad. Big mistake as I started perspiring heavily with my vision blurry. I traerrd with 3 x JB and ate lunch. However I got a muggy head. This developed into a full blown migraine with visual disturbances so I took 2 x Paracetamol and took to my bed. I also started feeling slightly nauseous. Eventually I fell asleep and when I woke it was 6:30. Just time to put in the repeat request so the GP would have to first thing, bash out an email and have supper before University Challenge amazing myself by getting right right!
