No, but I’m very sceptical of anything like that. My advice is to save your money.
 
Never heard of it so Googled and instantly shedloads of 'Amiclear scam' websites came up and absolutely no other results whatsoever. None in the UK either, all appeared to be USA sites, eg not licensed by the FDA etc. Hence I assume it really is a complete scam!
 
No, but I have bridge for sale. Requires a river about the same width as the Thames.

Some bloke in America (Arizona was it?) bought the one like that which I previously had my eye on, so I stopped looking then and won't be making you an offer. Unless it happens to be an old iron thing over a different river .........
