Seriously diabetic X Factor finalist Amelia Lily whipped up a Twitter storm last night when it was reported that she collapsed on stage during the talent show's tour in Sheffield.

'Stay Strong Amelia Lily' rapidly became a trend as word spread that she had passed out mid-performance, with many of her followers worrying that her Type 1 diabetes was behind it.
