I emailed accu chek about 11pm last night saying that I had lost my compact meter and did they know of a reasonably cheap supplier.

Email received from them at 8am saying that they have sent me a new one, for free!

Amazing service!🙂
 
I've had similar astonishing turnarounds from Accu Chek 🙂 Asked for software and cables one day, delivered the next by courier! (or rather, not Royal Mail)
 
Tut Alan slagging RM,not all the same

Thats great service Hotchop Abbotts are the exact same always excellent polite custumer helpline etc x
