Thank you, I'm sitting giggling away to myself, if I don stop soon my dad will be asking me why 😱I think ... it's more the effect that hypos have on your brain - same as when we're hyper - your bodily functions start to close down bit by bit. Because we all rely on our pelvic floor muscles in tandem with our bladder sphincter to stop us being urinary incontinent, if they're not getting the right signals or have turned themselves off a bit to concentrate on breathing and pumping blood etc, perhaps that's the effect you get. We are all different after all.
Are you up to date with your pelvic floor exercises and if not, get going with em. None of us is getting any younger and they are amongst the first to go, for everyone, dangnabbit!
