I think ... it's more the effect that hypos have on your brain - same as when we're hyper - your bodily functions start to close down bit by bit. Because we all rely on our pelvic floor muscles in tandem with our bladder sphincter to stop us being urinary incontinent, if they're not getting the right signals or have turned themselves off a bit to concentrate on breathing and pumping blood etc, perhaps that's the effect you get. We are all different after all.

Are you up to date with your pelvic floor exercises and if not, get going with em. None of us is getting any younger and they are amongst the first to go, for everyone, dangnabbit!
@trophywench . Thank you, I'm sitting giggling away to myself, if I don stop soon my dad will be asking me why 😱 :D.
Thankfully my elevators 😉 in good working order, good job too, else 😱.

Seriously now, I believe you've hit the nail on the head, it makes perfect sense to me. Thanks

I'd like to tell you about the conversation 'in the round' we had about pelvic floor exercises in an open meeting of the local Prostate Cancer Support Group the other night.

One chap had only just been told he needed to get going with them before receiving the treatment prescribed for him - and asked the simple question of the other blokes present - Is it true you can see if you are doing them right because if you are, your testicles and penis will raise slightly as you use those muscles? It is actually true - so when the initial burst of general laughter had died down, I added So the best way to see is stand in front of a mirror with your pants dropped, and practice waving to yourself at intervals - to which my husband added - But if the bedroom window in your bungalow faces a bus stop like ours does - it's probably best to draw the curtains, first!

We girls don't get any useful instant way of checking like that, do we?

Oh Jenny I'm Peeing myself here.
No we don't.
