Hi Guys.
Hope all is well. Just disappointed I had to increase my anti depressants.
I know I practice other things.....oh well

Don't be hard on yourself, be kind to yourself and hopefully you will see good results

I think I understand the disappointment you feel, but maybe you could look at it as a tool to help you manage your condition, in much the same way as I use insulin and thyroid tablets. Be kind and think what you would say to a friend who was in your position: I bet you would be understanding!

I would say there is no shame in increasing your anti-depressants. It is a medicine to help. I was on the lowest dose. I expect too much from myself.
Thanks for the understanding

That sounds like wise advice.
