Why am I always hungry

Breakfast I’ve just had

Hungry after an hour or so

I could nibble just a tad

Mid-morning there’s that hunger

Do i have a little snack

I will regulate my eating

So pick it up..... and put it back

This obsession over wanting

I nibble and i munch

Diabetic number counting?

No, I’m counting down to lunch

I’m needing carbohydrates

Afternoons are just as bad

I’ve balanced out my diet

Watching all the things I’ve had

Evenings can be freefall

Are you hungry before bed

Don’t let the hunger beat you

By filling up your head

A midnight snack is calling

My mouth is like a bin

A constant need for feeding

Open up, and throw it in

So let’s address the issue

Look at everything you do

Eating better at the right time

Feed the need for balance too
