Hi,
Hubby is eating considerably more pasta than he normally would as has a marathon in 8 weeks.
I dont want to keep cooking two separate meals and am trying to minimise carbs.
Any idea of what I could substitute for the pasta?
Eg tonight he has wholewheat pasta, tomato based sauce and pancetta with parmesan - how could i adapt it?🙂 Please dont mention cauli rice!

How about using a different vegetable to serve the sauce etc with - for instance try courgettes (cut into ribbons using a peeler or a mandolin) which is very quick to cook - just a couple of minutes in boiling water - is a bit like having the sauce on spaghetti - or maybe grilled aubergine slices?

Sounds lovely 🙂
