My latest experiment, 36 hr sous vide pork ribs with braised red cabbage. Shame about the barbecue sauce (about 15g carbs, Stubbs original). The cabbage simmers in balsamic vinegar for 1hr)

Looks good....
I make my BBQ sauce out of low sugar ketchup, Organic Apple Cider Vinegar, Cajun spices & Louisiana hot sauce... 1-2g carbs per Tbsp (16g)
