Yes, it does exist, and it's dead easy to make.
You'll need shiritake noodles for this. You can use regular noodles but then it won't be carb-free, of course!
So, you'll need
Wok
Toasted sesame oil
1xChicken breast per person
Prawns (optional)
Beansprouts
Spring onions
Dark soy sauce
Chinese five-spice powder
Oyster sauce
Cornflour (optional)
Beansprouts
Chop the chicken into thin slices and dust with a teaspoon of five-spice powder. Add a tablespoon of dark soy sauce, mix it up and leave to marinade for bit (or just get started if you're hungry!). Dust some cornflour (this is what keeps the chicken very moist but obviously adds some carbs)
Put the oil in a wok and heat it up so it's REALLY hot.
Drop the chicken slices in - let them sizzle for a bit before stirring.
Fry up the chicken (and the prawns too if you have them)
Rinse the noodles and then fry them in the pan with the chicken.
Add the beansprouts and stir fry them too.
Now you want to add a tablespoon of oyster sauce, and a tablespoon of dark soy sauce. Keep stir-frying - the noodles will start to go the right colour and smell great. Add some chopped spring onion. Give it another good few stirs and it should be done. Shouldn't really take more than about 5-7 minutes in the pan.
Very simply, but very effective - whenever I do this, it's ALMOST as good as the real takeaway. Plus, with this version, I don't even need to bolus!
