A BOY from Bloxham who suffers from diabetes will be one of 40 children going to Parliament to help raise awareness of the condition.
Alex Newman, nine, suffers from type one diabetes and will be attending the event on April 25 where he and about 50 other children will talk to MPs about their day-to-day routines.
Alex?s mum Tracey Newman said: ?He is really excited about the day and stood up in school to tell everyone why he was going and what he was doing. It is of huge importance that more and more people familiarise themselves with it.?
