Have you checked that they are turned on? Are you still getting readings on your phone or are you using a reader?
 
You haven't pressed the do not disturb button by accident on your phone !? Happened to me yesterday Red light saying no alarm .Checked blue tooth Then noticed the do not disturb button was on .Or try the old switch the phone on and off for a minute.
 
This might sound like a silly a question have to change the settings of alarms recently (like sound). When i was the libre which is a long time ago now. I once try to change the alerm sound settings so it didn't make a massive noise during a concert that was in a church. But they seemed to stop and not work at all so u must have done something that triggered something i wonder if thata the same for you.
