Had my usual Lidl high protein roll for lunch. Slightly different filling than usual. Normally it's ham salad. This time I had ham, slice of processed cheese, gherkin & wholegrain mustard. Before lunch 4.9, 2 hours later 8.3! Test again, 8.1! Ive had all these things before with much better results. Im put in it down to time of day.

I don't always get the exact results for what I eat regularly.

Wife came up with an idea. Maybe someone in Lidl's used the same tongs to pick a doughnut as well as a roll & contaminated them.

My results do vary a bit with the same things but i normally only go up 1.5 mmols with these rolls.
