Is that a euphemism @KezzaB ? If so, yes, diabetes can affect lots of areas of life, including sexual health, mood, etc.
 
Yes. . it's our sex life .. it's completely different x

What medication is your partner on? How are his blood sugars? Both those things can affect performance, so to speak.

Over time, high blood sugars can also potentially cause damage to the tiny blood vessels in that area. Also, there can be psychological issues involved - a fear of ‘failure’, worry about body image, low self-esteem, etc.

If it’s a case of erectile dysfunction then it would be worth him having a chat with his GP.
