Can anyone tell me which pen is used with Tresiba insulin cartridge?

I believe it is the Sanofi Autopen for Lantus and other Sanofi insulins.
Sadly, the NovoPens cannot take the Lantus cartridge.

Have you misunderstood the question?

Tresiba is made by NovoNordisk and so would need a NovoPen not a Sanofi pen.

Just to confirm that @Lucyr is correct. Tresiba is a NovoNordisk insulin and it needs a NovoPen If you want half units it is the NovoPen Echo Plus, but if you take large doses then the whole unit NovoPen 6 I believe is what you need.
