As it happens I have been sent a routine fasting glucose test this Friday as I am pre-diabetic. Lately I have been having on off pain after eating in pancreas area, unusually warm urine (or it may be because it may be a higher volume?) headache dizzy moments and overwhelming tiredness at time. Has anyone had these symptoms before being diagnosed info would be greatly appreciated 🙂

You might want to check with a GP in case you picked up a UTI. Not something you want to leave for a couple of weeks.

I’m not aware that pain or discomfort in that area are a usual sign. Passing more urine can be, as can tiredness. As Mark says you may want to get checked in case it is an infection?

I thought uti too, been happening for weeks, and had couple of urine tests during this time, but nothing there infection wise. May have to get some new lancets, keep a diary till Friday. Thanks for replies and pointers, I see what you mean 🙂
