I can offer you a few tips Kaylz. Giving up is tough so be proud of yourself for making the all important decision to Quit. Think of the reasons you want to quit ie.
a) You want to improve your health.
b) You could do with the money.
c) It makes your clothes smell and your home dirty & smelly.
d) You're afraid of getting lung cancer.
e) Its now considered anti-social.
f) You don't like being addicted to nicotine.
1) Put temptation out of the way. Put all ashtrays and lighters out of sight ~ or dispose of them altogether: Out of sight out of mind.
2) When using your phone place the handset (or moby) in the hand that you would normally use for holding your cigarette ~ and doodle with your other hand. This is to help you overcome the hand to mouth habit.
3) Place *No smoking* stickers on your phone's and in rooms where you used to smoke.

8 hours after quitting: Nicotine and carbon monoxide levels in your blood will be cut by half and oxygen levels will return to normal. Chances of a heart attack start to fall.
24 hours after quitting: Carbon monoxide will be eliminated from your body and your lungs will start to clear out mucus and other smoking debris.
48 hours after quitting. Your body will be free of nicotine and your sense of taste and smell improves. It is because of this that you may suffer nicotine withdrawal symptoms!
72 hours after quitting. You should be breathing more easily. Airway passages in your lungs begin to relax. Energy levels increase.
2~ 12 weeks after quitting: Your circulation is improving, making walking easier.
3~ 9 months after quitting: Your lung function will have increased by up to 10%. This means less coughing and wheezing and fewer breathing problems.
5 years after quitting: Your risk of having a heart attack will fall to about half of that of a smoker.
10 years after quitting: Your risk of contracting lung cancer will have fallen to to half that of a smoker and your risk of having a heart attack is the same as if you'd never smoked.
When you feel like a fag, drink a glass of water or clean your teeth instead of lighting up. Doing this might help you to not vape as much too. You need to use your will power also.
You could also make a list of the reasons why you want to quit. ie You'll no longer smell of smoke ~ you'll save money ~ your breath wont smell anymore.
Let people know that you've quit and ask them not to smoke in front of you ~ or in the same room.
