Hi I am gradually getting the hang of testing and working out what I can eat I have been keeping a record for a few days now and see a pettern emerging. I am less carb tolerent in the morinings but I am struggling with breakfast I have madem y own museli with no sugar and lots of nuts and had it this morning for the first time my pre breakfast bg was 6.5 i tested after 1 hour and it was 10 which is my highest reading so far bu at two hours I was back to 5.6. So is this a good breakfast or not ? Its quite a big peak but it didnt stay there for long is taht good or to be avoided?
