A FREE family lifestyle programme is being launched in the Harborough distirct.
The Family Lifestyle Club (FLiC), supported through Harborough Council?s Active Together program is led by fully-qualified NHS dietitians.
The six-week programme, being held at Fleckney Village Hall from February 4, will see parents and children meet up weekly.
There will be active play such as indoor hockey or rounders, with a nutritional twist for the children who are aged between 8 and 13.
