Relationship to Diabetes
Type 2
Morning all, was just wondering if any of you guys have tried or heard of the benefits of Apple cider vinegar. Some of the stuff I'm reading seems very positive. If anyone has tried it will you please let me know if it is worth buying. I'm type 2 and struggling to get my blood glucose levels down below 8.0. Thanks all.

There was a thread running on this subject a couple of days ago. You can view it HERE . I have a friend who runs a health food and bodybuilding nutritional supplement shop and their suggestion is that the product becomes alkaline in the gut. There have also been suggestions elsewhere regarding benefits for diabetics of this product. These benefits for diabetics seem a little bit fanciful but the Internet has a lot of sources of reference on this matter. Dr Google is always a stating point
