Has anyone else had a letter from accu chek today? If so what do you think?

Saying what Spiritfree?

I am about to start on one of their pumps.

Oh no problem Patti. Just clarifying how to use the handset to test and the pump to set insulin. No problem at all as I always use the handset to test and set insulin advice. It's a fantastic pump and accu chek are a great team to work with. They are a very helpful lot.

No received one either.

What needed clarifying?

While looking for information on roche's pending new insulin pump I did find this release concerning the handsets..

https://www.accu-chekinsulinpumps.com/ipus/combo-alert.html

It seems it's a software glitch with handsets above a set serial number, and only when the manual mode is selected for delivery...

But link has all details involved.

Mind you I've had my handset for 2 years now, what it's serial number is I don't know, wore off the back of the meter donkey yonks ago:(
