If yours has failed, ring the Roche Helpline - my original one did a while ago and they replaced it. As it's the handset to my Insight pump and the two are matched, simply had to re-match them. Had to find the instructions cos I couldn't remember how !
As TW has said, if there's a problem with your current meter then Roche will replace it under the Accu-Chek Commitment so call their Customer Services xx
I have had a few handsets that have gone wobbly. There is never a problem with Roche replacing them. As they pointed out we use them so regularly it is not a surprise that buttons or connections get worn out. Hope that you get it sorted and as others have said you should not need to pay for replacements.
