On thursday morning my combo pump decided to throw a wobbly. It kepy alarming and saying battery low. Well after a few changes of batteries it kept doing it. I phoned accu-chek customer services and the lady was very helpfull. After going through all the happenings, of the pump, and me telling her I was going on hols on wednesday, and didn't trust the pump she said I would get a replacement pump 1st thing on friday morning. 8.30 friday morning the new pump arrived. I was really pleased with the help I got.

They are good aren't they?

I have only spoken to em once 'out of hours' and it was about half an hour before they rang me back. Chap apologised profusely for the delay - he'd been on the phone to a lady in the departure lounge at an airport, who had an occlusion and was panicking LOL New user, Bless. Whereas I wasn't going on hols until the day after !
