Has anyone purchased this, thinking of getting it but at ?25 its a bit pricey.
If so how good is it and how easy is it to use (for a computer numpty)
 
It's free if you have the pump, otherwise it's no use to you!
 
I've had Accu chek 360 and Compass software for free, not sure if they apply to the Combo.
 
Yes, when you ring up the Pump supply order number and ask for it, they send it you!
 
I also got mine free. It is easy to use and very useful to track your results etc. I am on a combo pump.
 
Got the pump and meter, been on there website and thats where i got the price from.
 
Doesn't apply though ! LOL I rang to try and find out what it did, to decide whether to invest ?25 or not, and they told me I could have it free.

Everyone else I know with a Roche pump has done the same and also had it free.

Just ring em on Monday. Usual number.

Oh, they'll need to know what version of Windoze etc. so they send you the correct CD. Don't do it for Mac, I don't think.
 
just got the 360 and the realtyme for free i just gave them a ring and they sent it and today i got another 2 CDs it has on insulin pump confriguration software havent put them on computer yet as im a bit dum with things like that will have to read the book first and do it when im on my own.
They sent this as i got a new computer and the smartpix i was using just wouldnot load sometime so just give them a ring.

Ah, now, you've answered a question for me!

I'd like the pump config software, DSN showed it me in November as she'd just got it and we were playing with my basals on it - I think it could be useful to me - keep meaning to ask if it's available to us or just HCPs so you've answered that question, so I'll ring em next week and try and get that!
