Hi, would anyone be able to help with a disk which has the Accu Chek Configuration Software on it? I already have the 360 Management System from Accu Chek but not the pump config software. It would be very, very much appreciated.

thanks

CT

Erm - think it's only on the Health Professionals version of the software - not ours.

Is it all that useful, though?? It does indeed work out what it thinks your basal rates need to be. However - it bore absolutely no resemblance to what my body actually needs. My own DSN installed it as Basal Rate 2, and I swapped to it. I'd had enough of ridiculous highs and hypos after 10 days, swapped back and after 24 hrs I was back where I comfortably was.

Have you asked your clinic about it?

The reason for the ask is because I am looking at looping and the software is needed to configure the pump as detailed on Android aps. For me it's the last piece needed.

A Rant from me today
over a no of years i have problems with the 360 software ,it will say no database found .
i then have to phone up acc- chek and speak to someone who will then get in contact with GERMANY .
i then have to wait and they will call from Germany .then we have to let them in via an app called TEAM VIEWER SO THEY can put my laptop correct
called yesterday still unable to solve now waiting for a call
i have phoned ACC-CHEK today and told them in bold terms what i thought of the set up not repeating it
and i said hope you are recoding this call so you can tell mangerment .
what i should have our said is this your company i have used the same accu-chek SPIRIT COMBO PUMP for 13 years you have £3,000-00 ever year for 13 years so overall £ 36-000-00 english pound out of NHS forms heath care we should get a better service ..
still no sorry or improvement from the company that my moan the pump for me is Brillant but the software is well let you all work it out STAY SAFE vic 63 year s on insulin

I have to say Victor - I haven't bothered with it at home since I updated the computer to Windows 10 cos I didn't feel I was gaining anything from it. Hence, my pump is now only uploaded when I attend my hospital clinic. They just look at the previous month, usually, and then try to cross examine me about the hypo I had 27 days ago - and expect me to remember it!

I remember important and surprising things myself since being a bit low occasionally is hardly outstanding after this length of time living with it sometimes!

TROPHYWENCH
yes i agree with what you say when i was at my last clinic the DR looked at my freestyle libre and could see the patterns and suggested i up my after lunch insulin
but we now will only have telephone call due to virus
to get my test strip s i did take a report from acc chek forms as it tells how many blood test s i do per month in some 160/170 per month as i get only 150 test strips per month you can see i need to prove that
will see how we go with update if any why they do not have tech people in uk is a mystery
stay safe vic
