Does anyone know how you can delete old data from a combo meter? My first one started getting unreliable battery connections, and I'm returning it, but I'd rather remove all my readings.

I'm not sure there is a method :(

The system seems designed not to allow you to delete anything, treating us all like rather guilty children who are bound to falsify results given half a chance.

Can't see a 'reset' method in the instructions either.

I'd suggest you contact Roche via their website, their customer service types have always been very helpful when they've phoned me back.

Lots of people seem to have this trouble with the battery connections it drives me mad especially when testing blood in a hurry, already returned one might have to return this one too if it carrys on , sorry i dont know about readings gave up trying when i sent mine back .

The meters go back to Switzerland first and thence to USA. I don't know why you want to delete your info, they won't be interested who you are, or what your readings have been, just the innards of the machine - they will be blokes in lab coats in an electronics workshop.

I'm hoping to get my third one tomorrow, two have gone back already but neither with that fault. It's been tedious having no remote. The remote has always worked - just the flipping meter. Third one went wrong a couple of days before I went on holiday abroad for nearly a month.
