I was just making a big pan of chlli when I realised I didn't have any red kidney beans 😱 Since you can't have chilli without them I had to nip out to Tescos to get some. Unfortunately, these fell into my basket before I could make it to the checkout 😱 :D

HA HA Pull the other one Northie, :D

never was a fan of orange Jaffa cakes however the raspberry ones that Lidl's do were absolutely divine!! Sadly I'm not brave enough to give them a go x

Oooh - will have to inspect Lidl's biscuit selection - raspberry ones sound nice. Their marble cake is superb BTW, only thing is it's a bit big (they are long I mean) so you have to keep eating it before what's left goes too dry .......

cheers for the heads up on the cake, hopefully I can bring myself to try it soon 🙂 x

Haha love it. Love Jaffa cakes! Might have to pop to Tesco later - I’ll blame you @Northerner 😛

Did they taste nice in the chilli?😛

I didn't know that Lidl did a raspberry version - I haven't seen them in my local Lidl - only the normal, own brand orange ones, and the official Jaffa Cake branded orange ones. Perhaps I need to dip in more often, and have a nosey, to see whether I can find any 🙂

Why, oh why, did I drive past Tesco and go to Sainsburys?!!🙄 96 days of spongey-orangey-choccy heaven...:D
