Just wanted to put out a reminder for everyone over 16 in Scotland who has not yet signed up to have a look at My Diabetes My Way.

You can register to access your records and see all past hba1c's, cholesterol, kidney function, thyroid, BP, etc etc. It shows target ranges and is a good reminder to help keep you on track!

I use this and its really handy.......🙂

Hi, Thats great that you all use it, Here in England at Manchester Royal Infirmary, have a similar set up, that im able to use, you can give the log in details also to your GP so they can access the files that Manchester Transplant Clinic which i attend update.
So both my Gp and Surgeon/Doctor at the hospital can see aswell as my self.
Not sure which other Hospitals etc, run the same access program.
Regards Howard

Wish ours did, I'm c**p at remembering what I've been told and trying to get a print out of my doctor ... well. I mean they don't refuse, just act like they wish you hadn't.

AND you have to see a Dr to get one.
