I have just been told my AC2 is 37 two years ago it was 59 I know that's good but how good
Below 42mmol/mol is normal, so pretty good. Are you on any diabetic medication?
2 consecutive HbA1C tests giving below 48mmol/mol without medication would be considered being in remission. You are always Type 2 however so does mean you should still get regular eye, feet, and HbA1C testing.

Well done on bringing it down into normal range. The challenge now is to keep it there, ideally without any diabetes medication.
