Relationship to Diabetes

This is offfay
I test 4 times a day I find. This keeps me focussed I test. Morning ( on rising ) about 8 lunch. 1 o'clock
After gym 30 minutes
5 o'clock before snack
9 o'clock after 5 mile walk
This can bring me down to. 4.5
I find I cope better with little snacks
Rather than. A big meal
 
Sounds good Offfay 🙂 You do need a bit of discipline and having a regular testing regime can help to keep you on track 🙂
